DETAILS OF WORK – Our local/long distance service provider will be migrating our telephone system to a new platform. During this time, inbound phone calls to Pleasantville numbers will not be possible. SERVICES AFFECTED – Telephone System

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor will be performing maintenance.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, access to the PeopleAdmin Applicant Tracking System (https://careers.pace.edu/hr) will be unavailable while the vendor performs an update.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PeopleAdmin Applicant Tracking System (https://careers.pace.edu/hr).

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor will be performing a necessary update.

The Banner Maintenance work scheduled for Sunday, January 22nd has been cancelled.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we patch the Banner Database Servers.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be patching the Banner Database Servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – Wireless connectivity will be intermittent or unavailable at 180 Broadway, 163 William Street, 140 William Street, 41 Park Row, Maria’s Tower and some areas at 1 Pace Plaza on the New York campus while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing necessary network maintenance. During this time, wireless connectivity will be intermittent or unavailable at 33 Beekman Street, 87 Nassau Street, 52 Broadway, 180 Broadway, 163 William Street and parts of floors 5 and 6 at 1 Pace Plaza on the New York campus while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST.
