DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, the normal method of connecting to the Virtual Private Network (VPN) via vpn.pace.edu will be unavailable while work is being performed. As an alternative, end-users should connect to VPN by typing nycvpn.pace.edu in the server field during this timeframe.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform a hardware upgrade.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner Year End Payroll Upgrades and Patches.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner Year End Payroll Upgrades and Patches.
DETAILS OF WORK – The AMPROD (Appworx) Production Database and Client will be unavailable while we apply an upgrade to the system. There will be no jobs run or client access until after the upgrade.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be upgrading the AMPROD (Appworx) Production Database and Client to version 9.4.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this timeframe, automatic creation/deletion and update of user accounts to all systems including White Pages, MyPace Portal, Classes LMS, E-mail, and Pharos, may take up to 1 day longer to process than normal.
SERVICES AFFECTED – White Pages, MyPace Portal, Classes LMS, E-mail, Pharos and other systems.
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying changes to the account provisioning system.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing necessary network maintenance. During this time, wireless connectivity will be intermittent or unavailable at 33 Beekman Street, 87 Nassau Street, 52 Broadway, 180 Broadway, 163 William Street and parts of floors 5 and 6 at 1 Pace Plaza on the New York campus while maintenance work is being performed.
