DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be migrating our Canonsrv print server running Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2019. During this time, there will be brief interruptions while maintenance work is being performed. Actual service interruption may only last a few minutes.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades.

REASON FOR WORK – Patching Luminis and Degree Works databases, and performing Banner upgrades to Finance Self Service.
