DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database and Degree Works will be unavailable while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.) and Degree Works.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be patching the Banner, Luminis and Degreeworks databases.

DETAILS OF WORK – E-Procurement will be unavailable while we perform maintenance. During this timeframe, please do not submit any requisitions.

SERVICES AFFECTED – E-Procurement .

REASON FOR WORK – We will be upgrading an internal component of the eProcurement system.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv.  Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – Wireless connectivity will be intermittent or unavailable at 33 Beekman Street, 163 William Street, 52 Broadway, 180 Broadway, and some areas on the 5th and 6th floors at 1 Pace Plaza on the New York campus while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – The CRM Advise application will be unavailable while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – CRM Advise Production Application.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying Banner security upgrades and patches.
