DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing maintenance on the network equipment in the data center.  During this time, access to all IT systems and services from on-campus and off-campus will be intermittent or unavailable while work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – All systems such as Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, Banner, Pace Email, VPN, File Share, and Skype for Business.  Those using applications on Appsrv will also be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform Network Maintenance.
