DETAILS OF WORK – The Transact System (formerly Blackboard Transaction System) will be unavailable while a database and software upgrade is performed. During this time, Pharos printing, OneCard usage (e.g. meal plan transactions and ID card production), S2 integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, and Bank mobile updates will be unavailable.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Pharos printing, One Card, S2 Integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, and Bank Mobile updates.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing a necessary upgrade to the Transact System.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying PSU patches to Oracle Weblogic and Appworx Database.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Applications will be unavailable while we apply necessary security patches. This is to eliminate a potential vulnerability which was recently announced by our Banner vendor, Ellucian, and which can affect Banner, if not properly addressed. It is a preventative measure.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Potential intermittent login issues to the Banner Production Applications (Banner Admin Pages and Banner Self-Service) – If you are experiencing login issues during this time, please just re-login to the environment.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying necessary security patches to the Banner applications.
