DETAILS OF WORK – Technicians will be performing maintenance on some of the equipment at 33 Beekman Street. During this time, floors 6 through 8 will experience an interruption to wired and wireless Internet connectivity. Special Note: Other building floors will not be affected by this work.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Internet Access (wired/wireless), PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Degree Works Production Database, Application, and the Web services will not be available while we perform an upgrade.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Degree Works

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to the system.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply Database patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying Database patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – Wireless connectivity will be intermittently unavailable in some areas of the Pleasantville campus, while we make network configuration changes.  Special Note: Internet access via ethernet cable will not be affected by this maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This maintenance is necessary to make configuration changes.
