DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing an upgrade to the network. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, and related network services, such as remote desktop connections will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption at 163 William Street on the New York City campus while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, Remote Desktop Connection.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to network equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this timeframe, automatic creation/deletion and update of user accounts to all Pace systems including Pace Directory, MyPace Portal, Classes LMS, E-mail, and Pharos, may take longer to process.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Pace Directory, MyPace Portal, Classes LMS, E-mail, Pharos and other systems.

REASON FOR WORK – We need to apply necessary system updates.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades. Special Note: This work was originally scheduled for Sunday, 2/21, 4:00-10:00AM.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades.
