DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database, MyPace Portal, and all third party products will be inaccessible while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.), MyPace Portal (portal.pace.edu), and Degree Works.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform system maintenance.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply updates and patches to the application and databases.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying upgrades and patches to the Banner Applications.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.
