DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.) will be unavailable while we update TouchNet and Financial Aid modules.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – The work is necessary to update TouchNet and Financial Aid modules.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing an upgrade to the network. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, and related network services will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption while maintenance is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, Banner, Pace email, VPN, File Share, and Skype for Business.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to network equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.
