DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, the Cisco IP phones on the Pleasantville, Law School, and Valhalla campuses will experience two short interruptions (approximately 3 minutes each) as they reboot and register to an alternate Call Manager application.

Special Note: The NYC campus telephones will not be affected by this work.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to migrate the Call Manager software to a new server.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database and MyPace Portal will be unavailable due to necessary year-end closing procedures.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin Pages and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – The work is necessary to complete year-end closing procedures.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
