DETAILS OF WORK – During this timeframe, there will be delayed creation/updates of user accounts processed from Banner to most other systems, including Active Directory, Portal and Blackboard. In addition, the Contractor/TMP account website will be intermittently unavailable.

SERVICES AFFECTED –  Creation/Updates of user accounts from Banner to Active Directory and Portal. Also, the IT Resource Access Request site (https://aspnetweb.pace.edu/MIISWorkflow/) for Contractor/Temp account.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing an upgrade/migration of the account provisioning system and the Contractor/TMP account website.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Citrix Virtual Environment (https://virtuallab.pace.edu) will be unavailable while work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Citrix Virtual Environment (https://virtuallab.pace.edu)

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to Citrix.

DETAILS OF WORK – ITS needs to reconfigure network connections at the White Plains Law School campus in preparation for power upgrades that are being performed by the Facilities Department next week.  During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless) and administrative telephones will be intermittent or unavailable on the Law School campus.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Internet Access (wired/wireless) and Administrative Telephones at Pace Law School.

REASON FOR WORK –  This work is necessary to ensure continued network and telephone service next week while the Facilities Dept. completes power upgrades.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply patches to servers.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner INB and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying patches to servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.  The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
