DETAILS OF WORK – The ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu) will be intermittently unavailable during this time while the vendor applies an update to the system.

SERVICES AFFECTED – ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu)

REASON FOR WORK – Vendor is performing a software update to a new version, Mahara version 19.04. For details, please visit: https://manual.mahara.org/en/19.04/new.html#navigation-changes.

DETAILS OF WORK – Access to Turnitin will be unavailable while maintenance is being performed.  All Turnitin users will be affected, including Mobile and Integrations.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Turnitin

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor is performing system maintenance.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we patch Oracle databases.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner INB and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – We will be patching Oracle databases.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, we will be performing maintenance to the telephone system at 140 William Street.  There will be a minimal (10 -15 minutes ) period where inbound phone calls from external callers will be interrupted at this location.  Internal 5-digit calling and outbound calls will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to relocate our phone service to a new circuit.
