DETAILS OF WORK –   We will be performing maintenance on the network equipment in the data center.  During this time, access to all IT systems and services from on-campus and off-campus will be intermittent or unavailable while work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – All systems such as Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, Banner, Pace email, VPN, File Share, and Skype for Business. Those using applications on Appsrv will also be affected

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform Network Maintenance.

DETAILS OF WORK –   Wireless connectivity on the White Plains Law School campus will be intermittent or unavailable while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we patch Oracle databases.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner INB and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying patches to Oracle databases.

DETAILS OF WORK – Access to Turnitin will be unavailable while maintenance is being performed. All Turnitin users will be affected, including Mobile and Integrations.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Turnitin

REASON FOR WORK – Vendor will be performing system maintenance.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, the Blackboard app (for students) and Blackboard Instructor app will be unavailable while the vendor performs maintenance. Users will still be able to access the Blackboard Learn system (blackboard.pace.edu) via the web browser on a desktop or mobile device.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Blackboard app (for students) and Blackboard Instructor app

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor will be performing maintenance update.
