DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, access to various IT systems and services will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption on all campuses while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner, Pace email, VPN, File Share, and Skype for Business. Those using applications on Appsrv will also be affected.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to upgrade core licenses for network equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – ITS will be performing an upgrade to the network each night during the overnight hours between 2am-4am. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless) will be intermittent while work is being performed at the specified locations. Please see below for dates and locations for New York City and Pleasantville campuses.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform a firmware upgrade to network equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – Our local and long distance service provider, Windstream, will be performing maintenance work on their network. During this time, there may be interruption in phone service affecting 161 William Street and 33 Beekman on the New York City campuses. The interruption will affect only inbound and outbound calls. The internal 5-digit calling and voicemail services will remain available during this time period.

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor will be performing emergency maintenance.
DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing an upgrade to the network. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, video conferencing and related network services will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption at 163 William Street on the New York City campus while maintenance is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, and video conferencing.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to network equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, we will be performing a firmware upgrade to the telephone system. There will be a minimal (approximately 5 minutes) period of interruption in phone service affecting each of the campus locations listed below.
