RESOLVED (11/5, 8:30AM) – The issue affecting inbound phone calls to Pace University toll free numbers has been resolved.


UPDATE (11/4, 4:50PM) – Our telephone service provider is still working to resolve the intermittent issue with inbound phone calls to Pace University toll free numbers. As a reminder, callers who are trying to reach Financial Aid, Registrar or Student Accounts can dial the local number 212-346-1930.


INVESTIGATING (11/4, 10:15AM) – We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with inbound phone calls to Pace University toll free numbers.  Affected numbers include 1-877-672-1830 (Student Accounts).  We are aware and working with our vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  In the meantime, callers can use the local number 212-346-1930 for Financial Aid, Registrar and Student Accounts.

RESOLVED (10/31, 5:40PM) – The network/Internet connectivity issues caused by the power outage on the Pleasantville campus have been resolved. All systems have been operating normally.


INVESTIGATING (10/31, 12:45PM) – Due to a power outage on the Pleasantville campus, we are experiencing network/Internet connectivity issues.  Our technicians are investigating and working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible.  We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (10/23, 10:02AM) – The network/Internet connectivity issues caused by the power outage earlier today on the Valhalla campus have been resolved. All systems are operating normally. If anyone is still experiencing issues, please contact the Help Desk.

RESOLVED (10/15, 5:00PM) – The network/Internet connectivity issues caused by the power outage earlier today on the Pleasantville campus have been resolved.  All systems are operating normally.


INVESTIGATING (10/15, 12:30PM) – Due to a temporary power outage on the Pleasantville campus, some buildings are subsequently experiencing network/Internet connectivity issues.  As of now, Goldstein Fitness Center and Elm Hall (3rd and 4th floors) are reporting issues.  Our technicians are investigating and working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible.  We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (10/5, 3:45PM) – Mozilla has released update 81.0.1 for the Firefox browser, which has resolved the issue of courses not displaying in Blackboard Learn (https://blackboard.pace.edu) for users of this particular browser.  Affected end-users with Firefox version 81 should update to version 81.0.1.  For more details, please review the release notes at: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/81.0.1/releasenotes/.


MONITORING (9/29, 1:15PM) – Blackboard technicians have concluded that the course access issue is affecting Mozilla Firefox end-users who updated to version 81.  Their current workaround is for users to try a different version of Firefox to confirm whether the issue is still present, or try a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari.  Affected users can also try scrolling down past the list of courses to see if they reappear, since this has been reported to work for others.  To check whether you have a supported browser version, please refer to the following links.

In addition to trying different browsers, affected users can also try scrolling down past the list of courses to see if they reappear. Other users are reporting that doing this worked for them. INVESTIGATING (9/28, 1:45PM) – Some users are reporting that they cannot see their list of courses in Blackboard Learn (https://blackboard.pace.edu).  The issue may be affecting specific browsers, such as Firefox or Chrome.  Blackboard technicians are investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  In the meantime, we recommend that users try different browsers.  We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
