DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, we will regenerate and apply a Call Manager certificate to the telephone system. After the certificate is applied, all Cisco IP phones will restart and experience a brief service interruption.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to regenerate and apply a Call Manager ECDSA certificate.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Pace Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Brightspace/Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply Oracle and Linux patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service)) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to apply Oracle and Linux patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
