DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database and Pace Portal will be unavailable due to necessary year-end closing procedures.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – The work is necessary to complete year-end closing procedures.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

EXTENDED – Blue by eXplorance Maintenance: Monday, 6/9 (12:00AM) – Friday, 6/13 (11:59PM)

The Blue by eXplorance work, originally scheduled from Monday, June 9, through Friday, June 13, has been extended until 11:59PM on Friday, June 13.


DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, access to Blue by eXplorance will be unavailable while maintenance is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Access to evaluations in Blue by eXplorance (https://pace.bluera.com/pace).

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor will be upgrading the Blue Course Evaluation Tool by eXplorance.
