DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply upgrades to the Banner Applications.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying upgrades to the Banner Applications.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, access to the internet (both wired and wireless) on the Pleasantville campus, and related network services, such as Pace VPN, remote desktop connections and access to server resources housed in the campus data center, will experience intermittent interruptions while maintenance is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Internet Access (Wired/Wireless), Pace VPN, PLV Data Center Applications, and Skype for Business.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the network.
DETAILS OF WORK – Wireless connectivity on the Pleasantville and Law School campuses will be intermittent while maintenance work is being performed. The downtime will be minimal (15 – 30 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the network.
DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.
REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this timeframe, the SAS Reportal, Studio, and related components will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.
SERVICES AFFECTED – SAS Reportal, Studio, and related components. Special Note: Direct access to SAS Reportal will be unavailable, but can be access via Pace Portal.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to enable Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA) on SAS Web components.
