DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be brief interruptions to Internet (wired/wireless) to some areas on the 2nd floor at 1 Pace Plaza while work is being performed. Special Note: Other building floors will not be affected by this work.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless)
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing maintenance on the NYC campus network. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), and related network services will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption on the New York City campus while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Remote Desktop Connection, File Share, and Skype for Business.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to relocate equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, the Pace VPN (Virtual Private Network) will be unavailable while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Pace VPN. Special Note: After work has been completed, the VPN login screen will only display one field for username and one for password. The Duo Passcode will need to be added to the password field separated by a comma (i.e.,password,duopasscode)
REASON FOR WORK – Applying a new version of DUO integration for the Pace VPN.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Applications will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.
DETAILS OF WORK – The ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu) will be unavailable during this time while the vendor applies an update to the system.
SERVICES AFFECTED – ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu).
REASON FOR WORK – Vendor is applying an update to the ePortfolio system.
