DETAILS OF WORK – ITS will be performing maintenance to the network between 9:00pm-11:59pm, with a limited number of areas being affected at 1 Pace Plaza on the New York City campus. During this time, floors 2 through 6 on the west side of building will experience brief interruptions to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, and related network services while work is being performed. The downtime will be minimal (15 – 30 minutes per floor) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, VPN, and Remote Desktop Connection. Special Note: Other building floors will not be affected by this work.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to relocate equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing an upgrade to the network. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), and related network services such as remote desktop connections will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption on the New York City campuses while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Remote Desktop Connection, File Share, and Skype for Business. Special Note: Office 365 Single Sign-On and student/dorm networks will not be impacted by this work.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to network equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Transact System (formerly Blackboard Transaction System) will be unavailable while a database and software upgrade is performed. During this time, Pharos Printing, OneCard usage (e.g. meal plan transactions and ID card production), S2 Integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, and Bank Mobile updates will be unavailable.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Pharos Printing, One Card, S2 Integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, Off-Campus Merchants and Bank Mobile updates.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing a necessary upgrade to the Transact System.
