DETAILS OF WORK –  During this time, we will be performing a firmware upgrade to the telephone system. There will be a minimal (approximately 5 minutes) period of interruption in phone service affecting each of the campus locations listed below.

UPGRADE SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS:

Wednesday, August 21st
• Summit (Valhalla), 110 William Street: 10:00PM – 10:30PM
• 140 William Street, 156 William Street, Midtown Campus: 10:45PM – 11:15PM
• 163 William Street: 11:30PM – 11:59PM

Thursday, August 22nd
• 41 Park Row: 12:15AM – 12:45AM
• 33 Beekman Street, 182 Broadway: 1:00AM – 1:30AM
• Pace Law School: 1:00AM – 1:30AM
• 1 Pace Plaza: 2:00AM – 3:00AM
• Pleasantville Campus: 3:00AM – 4:00AM

SERVICES AFFECTED –  Telephone System

REASON FOR WORK –  Applying a new version of firmware to phone system

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.  The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK –  Applying security patches to all servers

DETAILS OF WORK – Access to systems using Shibboleth may be temporarily unavailable while maintenance is being performed.  Special Note:  This work was originally scheduled for Monday, 8/19, 9:00PM – 11:00PM.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Shibboleth (such as Adobe Sign, Lynda, Qualtrics, Chrome River, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – This maintenance is necessary to add an attribute for vendor to Shibboleth.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Law School website (http://law.pace.edu) may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes while this work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED –  Law School website (http://law.pace.edu)

REASON FOR WORK – We need to perform a code update and other changes on the Law School website.

DETAILS OF WORK – Access to systems using Shibboleth may be temporarily unavailable while maintenance is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Shibboleth (such as Adobe Sign, Lynda, Qualtrics, Chrome River, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – This maintenance is necessary to add new vendors to Shibboleth.
