DETAILS OF WORK – Access to systems using Shibboleth may be temporarily unavailable while maintenance is being performed.  Any expected downtime will be minimal and may last only a few minutes.

SERVICES AFFECTED: Shibboleth applications, such as Adobe Sign, Lynda, Qualtrics, Chrome River, etc.

REASON FOR WORK: This maintenance is necessary to apply a vendor update.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.  The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED: Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK: Applying security patches to all servers

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply General, Student and Financial Aid SICAS upgrades.

SERVICES AFFECTED: This work is necessary to perform General, Student and Financial Aid SICAS upgrades.

REASON FOR WORK: Banner Production Database (Banner INB and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply Student, Faculty, and Clean Address upgrades.
