DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner production database will be unavailable while we upgrade TouchNet and restart the system.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner production database (Banner INB and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – Upgrading TouchNet and restarting the database.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.  The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers

DETAILS OF WORK –   During this time, 1 Pace Plaza on the New York campus will experience interruptions to Internet (wired/wireless) and telephone systems.  In addition, access to various IT systems and services will be intermittent or unavailable while we perform a reboot to core Network equipment.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Pace email, Internet Access (Wired/Wireless), VPN, Skype for Business, and Telephones.  Those using applications on Appsrv will also be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform a reboot to Core Network equipment.
