RESOLVED (4/21, 9:40PM) – The issue affecting sending and receiving of Pace email for NYC end-users has been resolved.  Our technicians replaced the failed hardware equipment and synchronized the affected email databases.  All email delivery is functioning normally again.


UPDATE (4/21, 11:50AM) – Email delivery should be normalizing for Westchester users. However, there is still an issue with one of the email servers in NYC, which is continuing to delay and/or prevent email delivery for some users. Our technicians are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.


INVESTIGATING (4/21, 10:55AM) – Some users are currently experiencing intermittent issues with sending and receiving Pace email.  Emails are delayed or not being sent/received.  Our technicians are investigating the issue and working to get it resolved as quickly as possible.  We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (4/13, 10:30PM) – The issue preventing connection to the Pace network from off-campus via the Virtual Private Network (VPN) has been resolved.  The cause was a temporary disruption with the user validation process, but Pace users should be able to connect normally now.

RESOLVED (3/31, 9:00AM) – The issue with Kaltura performance has been resolved and pages are loading normally again.


MONITORING (3/30, 9:30PM) – The issue with Kaltura performance has been alleviated and pages are loading normally again.  We will continue to monitor the system for any other issues and will provide another update in the morning.


INVESTIGATING (3/30, 5:10PM) – Kaltura is currently experiencing technical difficulties with pages loading slowly. We are investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (3/27, 12:40PM) – This morning’s issue with Blackboard access impacting many schools on the East Coast has now been resolved. The vendor has added additional capacity to address the higher usage volume and the system is operating normally.


MONITORING (3/27, 10:40AM) – Blackboard is back online and users are able to access it. We will continue to monitor the system.


INVESTIGATING (3/27, 10:15AM) – We are currently experiencing an issue accessing Blackboard. Our technicians are investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (3/19, 4:00PM) – The issue with connections via the Pace Virtual Private Network (VPN) has been resolved. Our technicians have been monitoring the system and all end-users have been connecting to the Pace network successfully from off-campus.
