MONITORING (2/28, 9:45AM) – The issue affecting external inbound calls to Pace University telephone numbers has been resolved by the vendor and calls are connecting normally, including calls to the 140 William Street building location. We have completed several test calls between last night and this morning successfully and will continue to monitor the system and provide a final update soon.

UPDATE (2/27, 4:45PM) – The issue affecting external inbound calls to Pace University telephone numbers is due to a Verizon Wireless outage.  Calls from other cell phone carriers are connecting normally.  Please note that Verizon Wireless customers who have WiFi calling enabled on their devices can use this feature while on a wireless network to make calls to university telephone numbers.  Also, the 140 William Street building location is still not receiving any external inbound calls from any carrier, so we are still investigating the cause at that location.  We’ll provide another update as soon as it becomes available.

UPDATE (2/27, 12:10PM) – While we work to resolve the issue, we ask all external callers to use (914) 773-3200.  A Pace University telephone operator will then transfer your call to the appropriate department.
