RESOLVED (6/9, 11:30AM) – The issue from Monday morning, which impacted performance for Office 365 email (Exchange Online), Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive has been resolved by Microsoft.  All services have been back online and operating normally for the past several days.


MONITORING (6/7, 1:00PM) – As per Microsoft’s latest update, their support engineers have taken a number of mitigation steps and completed some updates since this issue began on Monday. As a result, service stability and performance have improved significantly, but Microsoft is actively monitoring for any changes. The issue, which impacted performance for Office 365 email (Exchange Online), Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, is not yet fully resolved and their engineers are continuing to investigate the underlying cause. Pace email has been performing normally since Monday and we will continue to monitor the system. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.


UPDATE (6/5, 5:20PM) – Microsoft support technicians are continuing to troubleshoot and resolve the current issue affecting Office 365 email (Exchange Online), Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Access to Pace email appears to be working at the moment, but we will continue to monitor the system. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.


UPDATE (6/5, 1:55PM) – Microsoft is reporting that the current issue affected Office 365 email (Exchange Online), Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. However, their technicians have reverted a change which appears to be the cause and they are seeing an improvement in availability of services. Access to Pace email appears to be back to normal, but we are awaiting more confirmation that the underlying issue has been mitigated. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.


INVESTIGATING (6/5, 11:05AM) – Some users are currently experiencing intermittent issues with accessing the Pace email site (http://outlook.com/owa/pace.edu). Microsoft has posted that there they are investigating an issue. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (6/2, 3:45PM) – The issue affecting access to Banner Admin and related applications has been resolved. The system is accessible and operating normally.


INVESTIGATING (6/2, 3:30PM) – We are currently experiencing an issue affecting access to Banner Admin and related applications. Our technicians are aware and working to restore access. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (5/17, 10:30AM) – The issue affecting access to Banner Admin and related applications for some end-users has been resolved and the system is operating normally.


INVESTIGATING (5/17, 9:45AM) – We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue affecting access to Banner Admin and related applications.  Our technicians are aware and working to restore full access.  We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (5/15, 11:00AM) – Our vendor, Jaggaer, has confirmed the issue impacting access to the E-Procurement system has been resolved. Users can now log in successfully and complete normal tasks within the system.


INVESTIGATING (5/15, 10:00AM) – Users are currently not able to log in to the E-Procurement system. Our vendor, Jaggaer, is aware and working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

RESOLVED (5/10, 12:00PM) – Our networking technicians implemented a workaround yesterday, which resolved the internet connectivity issues on the Pleasantville campus. As a result, all internet connectivity was restored and is operating normally.


UPDATE (5/9, 2:45PM) – Our networking technicians have implemented a temporary workaround, which has remediated the internet connectivity issues on the Pleasantville campus. They are continuing to work with the service provider to find and resolve the underlying issue as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
