DETAILS OF WORK – We will be replacing network equipment. During this time, all internal and external communications to servers/services will be intermittent or unavailable while work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Pace VPN, Remote Desktop Connections and Data Center Applications.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to replace network equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, wireless connectivity may experience a temporary interruption on the New York City campus while maintenance work is being performed. The downtime will be minimal (15 – 20 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST.
REASON FOR WORK – This maintenance is necessary to reboot network equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief interruptions to network/internet connectivity (wired/wireless) while maintenance is performed at each of the locations below. The downtime will be minimal and only one building will be affected each night. Special Note: Other buildings/locations will not be affected.
