REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be interruptions to network/internet connectivity (wired/wireless) at 163 William Street on the New York City Campus while network maintenance is performed on floors 11 and 17. Special Note: Other buildings will not be affected by this work.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, Skype for Business will be fully retired. All remaining functionality, including chat (IM), meetings, computer audio/video, and screen sharing, will be permanently disabled for employee accounts (Note: Student accounts were disabled during phase I).

REASON FOR WORK – Skype for Business is being retired permanently.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, users signing in to any of the Office 365 applications (portal.office.com) will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Office 365 applications (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Office 365 desktop apps (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)).
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on our authentication application.
