DETAILS OF WORK – The DegreeWorks system and Appworx Production Applications will be unavailable while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – DegreeWorks and Appworx Production Applications.
REASON FOR WORK – Performing test of the DegreeWorks and Appworx Production Disaster Recovery process.
DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.
REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, all Cisco administrative phones will experience three short interruptions (approximately 1 to 2 minutes each) on all campuses while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Cisco Administrative Telephones
REASON FOR WORK – We need to apply a patch to the Cisco IP telephone system.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Transact System (formerly Blackboard Transaction System) will be unavailable while a database and software upgrade is performed. During this time, Pharos printing, OneCard usage (e.g. meal plan transactions and ID card production), S2 integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, and Bank mobile updates will be unavailable.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Pharos printing, One Card, S2 Integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, Off-Campus Merchants and BankMobile updates
REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing a necessary upgrade to the Transact System.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying patches to the Banner Servers and databases.
