DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be interruptions to network/internet connectivity (wired/wireless) while maintenance is performed at each of the locations below. Special Note: Other buildings/locations will not be affected.

  • Tuesday, 11/4 (7:00PM-11:59PM): Goldstein Health and Fitness Center
  • Wednesday, 11/5 (7:00PM-11:59PM): Kessel Student Center and Choate House

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform a network maintenance upgrade.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Pace Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Brightspace/Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
