DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply upgrades to Financial Aid applications.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – Applying upgrades to the Banner Financial Aid applications.

 

DETAILS OF WORK – Specific 3rd party Banner applications will be unavailable while we perform testing (SAS, IFeP, BDMS (OTS), DegreeWorks, BEP (+Rabbit), and Workflow Disaster Recovery).
Special Note: The Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) as well as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, and E-Procurement will remain available during this time.

SERVICES AFFECTED – 3rd party Banner applications, including SAS, IFeP, BDMS (OTS), DegreeWorks, BEP (+Rabbit), and Workflow Disaster Recovery.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing necessary testing of the specified Banner applications.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, users in 1 Pace Plaza may experience intermittent wired/wireless internet connectivity while we relocate equipment from our Internet Service Provider (Verizon) to a new location.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Chartwells POS and credit card devices, B&G equipment, PACE-GUEST, Internet/Network Connectivity

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to relocate network equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, File Shares, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
