DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply Oracle and Linux patches.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service)) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to apply Oracle and Linux patches.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.
DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Pace Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Brightspace/Classes LMS will not be affected.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, the Virtual Private Network (Pace VPN) will be unavailable on all campuses while maintenance work is being performed. Additionally, access to the internet (both wired and wireless) at 80 Greenwich Street on the NYC campus will experience intermittent interruptions while maintenance is being performed.
