SERVICES AFFECTED Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying patches to the Banner database.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there may be intermittent or minimal disruptions (under 5 minutes) for users who visit CSIS.Pace.Edu sites and subdirectories. Impacted users should wait a few minutes and refresh their browser.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Mainly faculty sites/subdirectories under csis.pace.edu. Special Note: The main Seidenberg website (www.pace.edu/seidenberg) will not affected by this work.
REASON FOR WORK – We will be migrating the CSIS.Pace.Edu website to a newer server environment.
DETAILS OF WORK – We will be replacing network equipment. During this time, all internal and external communications to servers/services will be intermittent or unavailable while work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Pace VPN, Remote Desktop Connections and Data Center Applications.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to replace network equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Xtender/BDMS application (Banner Document Management System) will be unavailable while we upgrade the production Xtender server to version 20.4.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be upgrading the production Xtender server to version 20.4.
