DETAILS OF WORK –  During this time, we will be performing a firmware upgrade to the telephone system. There will be a minimal (approximately 5 minutes) period of interruption in phone service affecting each of the campus locations listed below.

UPGRADE SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS:

Monday, February 10th
• Summit (Valhalla), 110 William Street: 10:00PM – 10:30PM
• 140 William Street, 156 William Street, Midtown: 10:45PM – 11:15PM
• 163 William Street: 11:30PM – 11:59PM

Tuesday, February 11th
• 41 Park Row: 12:15AM – 12:45AM
• 33 Beekman Street, 182 Broadway: 1:00AM – 1:30AM
• Pace Law School: 1:00AM – 1:30AM
• 1 Pace Plaza: 2:00AM – 3:00AM
• Pleasantville Campus: 3:00AM – 4:00AM

SERVICES AFFECTED – Telephone System

REASON FOR WORK – Applying a new version of firmware to  phone system.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we patch Oracle databases.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – We will be patching Oracle databases.

DETAILS OF WORK –   ITS will be performing an upgrade to the network each night during the overnight hours  between 10pm-2am. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless) will be intermittent at 41 Park Row and 163 William Street on the New York City campuses. The downtime will be minimal (10 – 15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Internet (wired/wireless) connectivity. Special Note: Other NYC campus buildings are not affected by this work.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to network equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK –  The Banner Production Database and MyPace Portal (portal.pace.edu) sites will be inaccessible while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner INB and Banner Self-Service), MyPace Portal (portal.pace.edu) and Degree Works

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to apply patches to servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – Wireless connectivity on the White Plains Law School campus will be intermittent or unavailable while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to complete a system code upgrade.
