DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, users signing in to any of the Office 365 applications (portal.office.com) will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Office 365 applications (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Office 365 desktop apps (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)). Special Note: Access to Exchange (email.pace.edu) and Skype for Business will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to Office 365.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades to Financial Aid, Oracle client, and Java.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers
