DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, we will be performing maintenance to the telephone system at 140 William Street.  There will be a minimal (10 -15 minutes ) period where inbound phone calls from external callers will be interrupted at this location.  Internal 5-digit calling and outbound calls will not be affected.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Telephone System

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to relocate our phone service to a new circuit.

DETAILS OF WORK – Access to systems using Shibboleth may be temporarily unavailable while maintenance is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Shibboleth (such as Adobe Sign, Lynda, Qualtrics, Chrome River, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – This maintenance is necessary to add new vendors to Shibboleth.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Blackboard Learn system (blackboard.pace.edu) may experience reduced functionality while maintenance is being performed.  Special Note: Users should not submit assignments or take tests during this time.

SERVICES AFFECTED –  Blackboard Learn system (blackboard.pace.edu)

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor is performing maintenance.

[CANCELLED]: The Server Maintenance work scheduled for Thursday May 23rd has been cancelled.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.  The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers

DETAILS OF WORK – The ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu) will be unavailable during this time while the vendor applies an update to the system.

SERVICES AFFECTED – ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu)

REASON FOR WORK – Vendor is performing a software update.
